  I'm from Spokane and often come to Kent to visit with my daughter. I've gone to church with her multiplie times and am amazed at the preaching, the people, the atmosphere. Everything! I love, love, love this body of believers. I would definitely feel comfortable inviting others to come get plugged in with this great family. Or just drop in when you're in town. Praise God for like - minded bible believers❣

  The whole Word of God is taught verse by verse with application. Loving and growing Christ centered community. Godly, prayerful pastoral staff.

  My family and I are originally from California and when we moved here the first thing I wanted to find is a good bible based church. This was more than I expected, the people are warm and friendly and very welcoming. The kids program is amazing and do such an incredible job and they such good care of the kids that it feels like family. The best part of this church is how you don't feel like just a number or lost in the crowd. Pastor Kevin and the other leaders are genuine and authentic and vulnerable which is such a beautiful thing that we are not in this life together. If you are looking to find a Word of God based church that has a heart for others and their community than come to Calvary Chapel South. You will wish Sunday services came more than once a week!!
